Yes, please bring at least two buckets for transporting your flowers.
Where can I collect my flowers?
Flowers can be collected from a designated area near Holwood Flower Farm. Free delivery is also available within a 5-mile radius.

How much notice do I need to order flowers?
A minimum of two weeks' notice is required to reserve flowers for wholesale orders.

Yes, next-day bouquet orders are possible, but flower selection may be limited to what's seasonally available that week.

Should I arrange a meeting to discuss my wedding flowers?
Yes, a first meeting can be arranged, often at the venue. However, many details can also be discussed via email or phone for your convenience.
Do I need to arrange for a venue visit?
If we haven’t previously visited your venue, a site visit will be required to plan and style your wedding flowers appropriately.
Do I need to pay a deposit for my wedding flowers?
Yes, a 10% deposit is required to secure your wedding date.
Can I add more arrangements and buttonholes later?
Yes, additional items can be added up to two weeks before the wedding to allow for proper planning.
Sympathy Flowers
How much notice do I have to give for ordering flowers?
We ask for at least one week’s notice to coordinate with undertakers and prepare your order.
Do you deliver to undertakers outside of a 5-mile radius?
Yes, we do. Deliveries beyond the 5-mile radius will incur an additional delivery fee.
Do you use sustainable practices when creating floral tributes?
